The value of getting curious

Next time you are in a situation where you feel annoyed or mad with someone ...

Instead of getting mad or annoyed, why not get curious? and wonder what's behind that behaviour.

Instead of reacting, see yourself stepping back.

Will that serve you better? (even though your reaction may be ligitimate).

At the end of the day, if you are managing people or relationships, you being right is one thing, you getting the results you want is something else.

You can be right as much as you like, but that won't get you great results or good relationships.
