Don’t just take my word for it...

Good morning Katherine  :)


I just wanted to drop you a quick email to update you :  WOW.  


Ok, so I set my alarm to get up and go to the gym yesterday morning, really thought I would just turn my alarm off and go back to sleep as Tuesday is one of my days to work from home.  Nope!  I got up, went to the gym, walked for 30 minutes and came home.  Felt great  :)

Had to remind myself to eat breakfast and lunch as I wasn't really hungry (that's a first!).

After dinner, I was sitting watching tv, I had my bottle of water and I didn't even contemplate going looking for snacks.

I listened to both of the new audios you sent me before I went to sleep... enjoyed both of them and not sure if it was from the audios or not but I had the best sleep I've had in a long time.

Set my alarm for 5.30 this morning to go to the gym before work, allowing myself time to shower before being in the office today... alarm went off and up I got, no hesitation  :)

Where the printer is that I use, as it's the one that's closest to my desk, there are chocolates, biscuits and donuts there this morning, I'm not even tempted, they aren't appealing.

I am happy with my peppermint tea.

This is just so strange for me but thoroughly enjoyable  :)


Thank you for helping me gain control of myself and my eating habits.  If this is how I can feel after one session and on my second day I am looking forward to the rest  :)

Had a few great sessions with Kat and it really did make an impact. Obviously got into my subconscious as I started to do the things I needed to work on. Kat is very professional, uses different techniques to see which works best for you, follows up to see how it working, place is very clean and and she a lovely person too. I woke this morning for the first time in years

with ZERO anxiety.  I have had nothing all

day and have had triggers but still nothing. I

don’t know how much I can thank you, I am

determined to keep this head space and feel

like this 100% of the time. I have been so

 XX went to get a blood test this morning and she rang me and said 'Mum Ï don’t know whether it’s just in my head but I didn’t get anxious waiting for it this time. Lol I tried to tell her you will feel the difference your head, it thinks smarter now.
