Hello, my name's Katherine and it's my mission to help you change those habits that are holding you back, so that you can have more of what you want in life, and less of what you don't.

One to one hypnotherapy appointments are tailored to deal with individual issues to suit each client's requirements. I like to move people on as quickly as they can safely make changes so most people have 3-5 sessions. I try to keep it to a minimum, teaching you what to do so you can get on with things yourself.
